Fiber Lensing

Our fiber and glass processing systems are adapted to meet the growing demand of manufacturing fiber ball lenses and laser delivery probes for industrial and medical applications. Our systems are designed to meet the strict requirements for production of medical probes used in applications like urology, dermatology, dentistry, lithotripsy, arthroscopy, endovascular, gastroenterology, ophthalmology and gynecology.

The 3SAE Lens Forming Station, LFS, is the only commercially available system specifically adapted for high-volume manufacturing of medical quality fiber optic ball lenses of a user specified diameter.

The 3SAE Large Diameter fiber splicing/processing System, LDS II, has specific functions enabling the system to manufacture a wide range of highly advanced medical and industrial laser delivery probes and end caps.
