EFC-11 / modified
High precision fiber optic clever for cladding diameter from 80-200 µm. Electronically tuned ultrasonic blade. Can be used together with Fitel’s standard fiber holders (not included). End angle consistently < 1°. Easy to handle and perfect for manufacturing and R&D applications.
3SAE End-Face Prep Station (EPS)
High performance polisher for circular and shaped Large Diameter Fibers , from 600um to 2000um. The EPS is not an adapted connector polisher; it is a purpose-built Large Diameter fiber preparation unit, optimized for splicing applications. The EPS generates very low angle offsets, smooth and flat end faces.
3SAE Liquid Clamp Cleaver II (LCC)
The 3SAE Liquid Clamp Cleaver II LDF, (patent pending), is a large diameter fiber cleaver for circular and shaped fibers from 125um to 1000um. The LCC II LDF produces very flat cleaves for improved splice loss and beam quality and now features angled cleaving at no additional cost.
