3SAE Thermal Stripper (HS)

Thermo-mechanical fiber stripper designed for High Strength stripping. The heating temperature is adjustable up to 200°C, this facilitates high strength fiber stripping of extremely difficult and baked-on coatings, in some cases even removal of fluoroacrylate undercoatings.

Plasma Work Station (PWS)

Advanced and fully automated window stripper for POLYIMIDE based fibers. The stripping process is completely chemical free and is utilizing the patented 3-Phase Plasma Technology, Ring of Fire®. This unique technology generates an extremely stabile and controlled stripping temperature, from 100°C to well over 3000°C. For optimal performance concerning fiber strength and cleanliness the coating is gently “pealed” off, layer by layer.

Large Diameter Splicing System (LDS)

The LDS is a highly advanced glass/fiber processing system, designed specifically for the most complex and demanding applications. An enhanced high-power version of the Ring of Fire® technology enables the LDS System to splice fibers from 125um to 2500um.

The LDS system is among many applications used for manufacturing of Mode Filed Adaptors (MFA), capillary style Combiners/Bundles, Couplers and splicing of Prisms, Lenses and End-Caps.
